Stir-fried Chicken with Mushrooms

For dinner yesterday (at last I remembered to snap photos!!),

French Beans with dried shrimps

and Stir-fried Chicken with Mushrooms!

Hehe... first time I cooked this, and luckily, it's a success! \:D/ Thanks to inspiration from my mom and Wee Meng~

A bit too salty because of oyster sauce, soy sauce and salt; Leonard said next time must add a bit of sugar. And also for more taste, add a dash of 花雕酒! :-)

Recipe for Stir-fried Chicken with Mushrooms:

1. Marinate 1/2 chicken overnight with soy sauce, sesame sauce, oyster sauce and a dash of pepper and salt. You can soak mushroom overnight or just soak for a while depending on size. Most importantly the mushroom taste must not overpower the dish.
2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok and fry garlic and ginger slices. Add mushrooms and a bit of water and fry all till fragrant. Then add in chicken to fry. Add water to make the sauce, cover wok and simmer till cooked.
