Third Penang Hill Cimb

Today marks my third time hiking up Penang Hill, also known as Bukit Bendera. We took the Youth Park trail up. Started hiking around 8.10a.m. and reached back down around 12.30p.m. It was kind of a personal achievement for me as I managed to do it without Leonard's help and constant encouragement (not to mention half-dragging me up all the way). I always thought I could make it only by holding on to him, but today I proved myself wrong. Well, at some point I realised that I have to face life stronger than ever, alone, when the person I miss is not by my side. Also, seems that I'm not that weak after all, my regular runs on the gym treadmill paid off by improving my stamina and willpower. I remember my first hike up, it felt worse than hell. This time around I had to stop once whilst climbing up the stairs to catch my breath and try not to faint.

Thanks to WM for inviting me for the hike, WH for the chocolate milk, LS for the yummy sandwiches, and Jules for hiking together with me at the last part. Now for that lactic acid to wear off... :-)

This part is non-sense:
